Frank Summerill does want to emphasize a transit was used, and the transit he uses is not a typical transit. Frank Summerill does want to make it clear he was at the property, because he is the one that rolls the black top. Frank Summerill does not take anonymous third party opinions, and he would like to know the name of contractor.
