Review: I have attempted to address this with the shipper (Summerland Auto Sports) of the item I had bought from eBay which was “4 NEW NGK G-Power PLATINUM LZTR4AGP Spark Plugs 5017”.
According to the shipping details, this item was "delivered", but NOT signed for. However I do not have this item. I have checked with my neighbors, and everywhere that the post man would leave mail or packages. I am the only one who gets the mail. I have asked the post man and they have not seen this package. I do not have this item that I have paid for.
They are not complying and do not care, although I have told them I would make a complaint. Obviously, they do not care about Customer support and the quality of their company.Desired Settlement: Refund, as I have had to buy this item from a local Auto Parts store.
