In regards to complaint (illegible word) [redacted] filed by [redacted] ***The Honda Accord was brought into our establishment for service with check engine light present, We sent vehicle to [redacted] Honda for service it was determined by [redacted] Honda said vehicle needed distributor cap and rotor services was complete and car was returned engine light no longer present.Customer bring car back 7-days later suggesting more issues which they believe are engine problems [redacted] again serviced said vehicle replacing distributor & igniterCar was returned to customer engine light wasn't present.Customer return 7-days later stating car stopped moving upon further evaluation we've come to the conclusion said vehicle has transmission issues unrelated to issues of previous (word cut off page).brief overview: This vehicle has over 200,miles is over ears old please note cars which has many issues with high service bills being incured it our policy to ensure our customers are satisfied we performed top notch serviceWe regret our customer is experiencing other issues that are unrelated to our service

To whom it may concern:We sell our vehicles as is, the buyer signs a statement acknowledging this factHowever, occasionally we do offer a warranty and when we do it is with the understanding that all service and maintenance be performed by us, specifically an oil change every three thousand miles[redacted] signed paperwork agreeing to these conditions [redacted] has put over eight thousand miles on the vehicle since purchasing it from us, and not once brought it in for an oil changeThis alone releases us from any responsibility [redacted] brought the vehicle to us concerning an engine noise, we looked at the vehicle, determined the oil was brand new, even though it was not due for an oil change, therefore it is our belief she ran it out of oil, damaged the motor, added oil and sent it to us to be repaired Regardless, it is not our responsibility to repair since she did not have the vehicle properly serviced with us[redacted] has brought the car in for various repairs and each time we accommodated her.I have paper work signed by [redacted] which proves the truth of this statement as well as an eyewitness

We buy wrecked cars and sell them below market value, this enables us to provide our customers with a nice car at a reduced costWe make no secret of thisWe do not advertise, our car sales are strictly word of mouth. When a potential customer comes to us for a car there are several steps to be taken, first step is negotiating the sale with Ed Nelson, second step is paperwork, this is handled by office staff overseen by myself, Sean Kehl, at the time I was working with a new girl showing her how to write up a sale, she made several mistakes and had to rewrite it several timesI believe the copy *** has is one of those mistakes, as I have stated before we rarely offer a warranty when we do it is always with the stipulation that we perform all service requirements There has never been an exception to thisI have over a hundred files, none of which contain such generic language, most are "as is" or "fifty/fifty" meaning you pay for part we provide labor, not one, states that we will warranty the engine/transmission, this we just don't doWe do strive to keep our customers satisfied and when they have a concern, we generally perform the needed repair, unless we conclude it was do to neglect, which in this case we have

I have a different copy of the warranty then what was given to me of the warranty I originally signed on 4/20/15Nelson, or someone at that shop added additional words, (3000miles oil change only by Us)I received that copy days before I actually got the car, because the car was not ready until the 25th of AprilAlso, on or about the middle of June, nelsons had my car several times, to get inspected, and they actually did service my brakes, and tires, only because my car is a salvage title and it needed to be in acondition to get inspected, so that a title could given to me and not once did anyone mention that I needed a oil change or that again my services should have been done by himAnd my car had/has been servicedAccording to my mileage, worker Shawn called my phone and said no one diagnosed my car, N*** stated he was not going to have anyone touch my carSince I have had the car, I've had oil changes, and either oil change indicated bad motor, bad oilMy car has had no lights indicating to check engineAlso I have witnesses who were present when the warranty was given, and can vouch that N*** or any worker said all work must me completed by nelsons, when I mentioned I had just got a oil change, N*** said that must be a problemBut for 5+ years never had a problem with the companies that serviced my cars N*** has been ignoring my phone calls and text messagesBecause he knows he forged documents not knowing I had a copy of that document before he actually wrote in the extraIf he doesn't want to fix my car then I will be forced to go to scale claims court, I'm the amount of my service and the title of my car, or the amount I paid into the car.
Regards,

To whom it may concern: The repairs in question were not performed all at once, each time car was returned it needed something different repairedThe vehicle in question has well over 200,miles on it.When vehicle was last repaired, we replaced the whole distributor, not just the capWhen vehicle was reported to us as not running yet again, we sent our honda mechanic who diagnosed the problem as being in the transmission not the engineAll our previous repairs were to the engine, therefore we felt no obligation to repair the transmissionThe vehicle in question was never at *** Honda, the mechanic that works at *** HondaTo summarize, due to the fact that the transmission was unrelated to the engine repairs, we feel no obligation to the repairs in this matter

I am rejecting this response because: I understand because I contacted attorney generals office, that hopefully soon I can get this resolvedN*** custom body shop is shadyIf no resolution is done at the attorney generals office than I will proceed to courtThank you

miles.[redacted] signed paperwork agreeing to these conditions. [redacted] has put over eight thousand miles on the vehicle since purchasing it from us, and not once brought it in for an oil change. I am rejecting this response because I took my car to Nelson with the sole purpose of fixing all the issues with the car which I paid over $1,200 I know it doesn't cost $1,200 to fix a distributor cap. I took my car to him to make sure that my car is performing better than when I took to him. Secondly [redacted] Honda has no record of my car being at their premise. I just spent over $600 at another auto shop for my car to run properly

Here at the Computer Repair King we do our best to make sure that all our customers are treated fairly and that all issues with their computer systems that they have brought in have been resolved. We have on several occasions tried to help Mr. [redacted] & have helped Ms. [redacted] in the past with successful results and complete satisfaction with Ms. [redacted].When the system was received, we (the customer & I) went through a timely process to ensure that the system’s issues had been resolved. The customer agreed at that time that the computer system was fine. It was not until they tried to download a specific program that they started having issues again.Due to this fact, we feel that it was no fault of the Computer Repair King ([redacted]) that the system was having issues and that the job has been completed not only to [redacted]’s satisfaction, but the customers as well. Therefore, we feel that there is nothing more we can do to satisfy this customer. However, our previous offer still stands and if the customer is still willing to bring in the system within the next 3 – 7 business days then we will deliver our previous offer.Sincerely,[redacted]The Computer Repair King
