Mr. [redacted] has neglected to inform you that he contacted us when his puppy was 5 months old and he was experiencing some training issues with the puppy. We informed him that we would gladly take the...

puppy back then. He refused our offer at that time and so we informed him that he needed to contact a trainer immediately to show him how to train the dog correctly or that if he continued to let the dog rule his household as he had described to us that he was that the situation would escalate and make placement for him difficult or even impossible at a later time. He assured us that he would handle the situation and we did not hear again from him until he contacted us several months later stating that his dog was having seizures. He also then asked what our guarantee was so we explained the guarantee to him and also reminded him that he had been provided with a contract and signed a contract at the time of his purchase which explained the guarantee. He then contacted us several days later stating that he was having a temperament issue with the dog and wanted to return the dog. We informed him that we would need to see the dog's veterinary records and to see the training records that he had for the dog and he would need him to have a behavior modification specialist evaluate the dog and then inform us of the results. Mr. [redacted] has refused to comply with any of our requests and has not provided us with any documentation from the trainer or from the veterinarian to back up his statements about this dog's temperament or health. Mr. [redacted] has made several false statements in his complaint letter as reselling the dog was never even discussed with him. He also was never accused of being the cause of the seizures. We simply gave him some suggestions as to things than can cause seizures outside of a hereditary aspect that he should try to rule out as no other puppies from this breeding are having seizures or temperament issues.
