I took a loan from this company in November of I paid from every paycheck as scheduledNear the end of my loan my bank information was hacked and I lost well over a thousand dollarsThe last payment on this account that equaled to about $was returned from the bankI tired to set it up to pay the remaining balance and was told that it bounced so that voided any of my attempts to pay it backNow it is September of and I received a wage garnishment form my check for 15% of my payI was then informed that now I owe over $This company already took more than what was originally owed and I would like them to cease and desist with the wage assignment on my pay
I took out a payday loan from the company mentionedI began having them withdrawl money out of my checking account automatically, however when I tried to contact them to pay it off, I could not get any response, and when I finally got a hold of someone it was always the same person (Diamond) who answeredI requested to speak with her supervisors, but she never put them on the phone, in stead of taking my pay off, she told me they would just take less money out of my checking, I opened this loan in May 2016, they stopped sending me email statements in October Logging into their website, does not sure me any balances, or payment history or any information that I need to know to pay this offI sent an email asking what my pay off would be and someone wrote back unprofessionally just the balance of on a dollar loanAlso each pay date they take out whatever amount they want, it's supposed to be $ever two weeks, but last week they took out for the heck of itI
