Summers of Franklin

I am giving them 2 stars only because the installation work they did at our home was good. However, since that time, they have continuously called us and stated they ARE coming to our home to do a scheduled maintenance on our cooling unit. We have asked them several times to quit calling us stating that we need to "verify" the appt. we made.
Recently, we weren't sent a bill stating we owed 11.99 a month and we are overdue on a payment, and our credit card we gave them was expired. They said it was for a maintenance contract for which we never signed up for (I checked my paperwork), and also had not been paying. I called their office and they still insisted we owe for this "maintenance contract", for which we never signed up. I told them to leave us alone, we are not paying for something we never used, or intend to use. This is high pressure sales tactics at its worst.

Our annual plumbing check was last week. Both Kasey and David were very professional. David did an excellent job checking all our plumbing from the water heater, to all sinks and even our outside water sources. Continue to have exceptional service from Summers.

Our appointment was given to us last year for our AC check. Jodi called last week to confirm, we received another confirmation this morning prior to Jared coming out. Jared was very polite, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and went right to work. Recommended we put a switch on our upstairs unit for emergency shut off. He installed that and was completed with his work in a very timely manner. We are again pleased with our service provided by Summers of Franklin!

The company was able to fit me in due to an emergency. Zach arrived and was quick to get to work. He analyzed the problem, got parts and corrected the problem quickly. He was polite, explained the cause of the problem, how he fixed and what to do should anything else arise.

Andy arrived at the appointment time scheduled. He was very polite and professional, introduced himself to myself and husband. Went right to work. We had two new furnaces and two new air conditioners installed in our 1896 Victorian house. He and the others of his crew did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything when finished and Andy went back over everything, attic, crawl space and the furnaces/AC. All techs were very professional. Will continue our agreement with this company.

Shane performed a detailed inspection and cleaning of our furnace. He was very knowable and professional. I've been a Summers customer for many years now and have never been disappointed with any of their service calls or products.
