The customer agreed to pay the initial visit with his credit card, however it declined. We then mailed him an invoice for the amount due. The customer came by the office on August 25th to pay the invoice and we waived the [redacted] because he wanted to cancel the service agreement with us. He agreed to pay the remaining balance of [redacted] by check. We also proceeded to waive any reimbursement for the discounts he received because of the service agreement. The discounts totaled an additional [redacted] His account is now paid in full and has a zero balance.
