January 16, 1st Service Request: *** *** is our lead maintenance and was the one responsible for completing the service requestUpon his arrival the first thing he did was check the electrical panel to insure the water heater breaker was not malfunctioning (not tripped) His
finding indicated that the electrical panel was not the issueSecond inspection was the thermostat on the water heater*** did a reset on thermostat and noticed that every five minutes it kept on trippingHe immediately placed a part order for the lower and upper thermostat of the water heater so that it could be replacedOrder was received next day January 17, 2018. After replacing the above parts *** ran the hot water for minutes and concluded that the issue was resolved. Office received a 2nd Service Request January 18, Water Heater still not working. *** then was giving the 2nd work order and upon checking the water temperature it was not getting coldHe then checked the circuit breaker and noticed the breaker was trippedHe did a reset on the breaker and checked the water for about minutes and confirmed hot water was coming out.*** did not want to take another chance on the breaker tripping so we submitted an order for a new circuit breaker which arrived later in the day January 19, and was replaced that evening. Office received 3rd Service Request January 19, 2018. Upon the 3rd request *** spoke with manager regarding water heater issues and made a determination to go ahead and replace the water heaterOrder was placed January 19, but since they don’t do same day deliver and are closed on weekdays water heater did not get replaced until January 22, first thing Monday morning. Summerstone maintenance are well trained on completing work orders in a timely manner and we like to completed work orders on the same day, but occasionally the work order can take up three days depending on order status of supplies of emergency request for the dayWe are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused our resident

I am rejecting this response because: it was February before they replaced my hot water heater. I am not at home at the moment but I have documentation to support that I initially started notifying Summerstone in January and the issue went unresolved in my opinion for a month before they replaced the hot water heater. The hot water heater was replaced roughly around February 19.
