Review: I have lived here for quite a few years. The previous office staff was extremely helpful and always contacted me if there was an issue. Today I receive a notice on my car stating it would be towed due to "storage". I just drove the car on Sunday January 10, 2016 and I moved it to a different space. Sunday it was in front of my building and I moved it to the far left side of the large garbage bin located on the opposite side. When I contacted the office I clearly told her I have two vehicles and it has never been an issue. I spoke with the same arrogant rude woman who never contacted me back on a previous issue I had. She goes to say I should not own another car because I only have one stall and that I was lying when I said I moved the car Sunday. I was also told people have been taking pictures of my vehicle and that they would not lie to her. I have yet to see anything on my lease stating I can only own one vehicle. She was extremely disrespectful and would raise her voice at every chance she had. Not only that she consistently talked over me and would not directly state what needed to be done. I do not appreciate the disrespect and degrading I have received. All I called for was to find out what I needed to do in order to keep the vehicle from being towed. This is the second time I have been a victim of abusive and unfair treatment by the new office staff of this property.Desired Settlement: I have forwarded the necessary information to my attorney. As soon as my lease is over, I will no longer be a tenant of this property. From this point forward I will not be treated this poorly by Summertime Apartments and request the woman who incorrectly handled my situation will no longer be in contact with myself or my family.
