Every building in the apartment complex is supposed to have pole light. Many buildings do not have pole light. Also, in general, there is inadequate lighting in the premises and parking areas. The main entrance is supposed to have two pole lights ---- there is none. My wife & I have talked to the management several times about this problem over the past few years. This is a safety issue ---- not a direct health issue. A safety issue, such as a resident falling or tripping can lead to a health problem.
In response to the complaint about property lights, this has been in the works and our management team has informed me that they will begin the process of installing new property lights on buildings starting Monday 09/11/2017. We hope to complete this project as quickly as possible as we know this is a concern for our residents.
