emailsAs you can see in email chain he produced no copies of said emailsAs soon as I learned of his issue I was quick to get on itWe have a no refund on NFA due to the extensive wait time associated with itAs I said I want to help make this transaction finish out and deliver to the customer.He wants to cancelIf we were to make exception for him it would not be fair to our customers who in the future would not get same treatmentSeems the issue is he moved and has lost interest in finishing out the paperwork
