summerwind told me they refuse to service my hot tub which no longer works and is still under warranty and to find someone else to do the work.hot tub was purchased 04/2012. has a three year warrantee. no longer will run. they're service people have been rude, inept at repairs on the hot tub lid and now refuse to honour my warrantee.Desired Settlementwant my hot tub properly repaired.Business Response Ms. [redacted] has constantly berated our employees, been extremely rude on the phone, and blames us for things out of our control. We did not manufacture the spa, we simply installed it. We have given her the number of the manufacturer (who the warranty is thru) and told her that like every other company you need to speak to the person/company that made the product to warranty it. They will send out a repair person of their choice. We also then informed her that due to the her behavior on the phone and in person we no longer want to do business with her.
