When I received my order through the mail, I was unable to see through my lenses Alex spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone to figure out the cause of the problem When compared to my last year's Rx, Alex was able to determine that my eye doctor most likely wrote the Rx incorrectly Sure enough, after getting a recheck with my ophthalmologist, my original Rx was written incorrectly, and I then received the correct Rx to resubmit to ReplaceALens Even though the problem was the fault of the doctor, ReplaceALens re-did my lenses at no additional cost to me I received my new lenses/glasses today, and they are fabulous! I have been unable for a couple years to find a company to do the type of tint I like -- and now I have found it I cannot say enough good things about ReplaceALens

REMARKABLE!
