Summerwood, a normally peaceable communityWe have proactively hired a security company to provide frequent foot and driving patrols and chaperone service on the premises, and the gate has been replaced and is operational
While we cannot release residents from their lease, there are lease break provisions that can be exercisedThe first is the lease break option which allows residents to put in a notice and pay a fee to get out of their leaseThe second is the option to sublet your apartment to someone else, and have them take over your leaseThe third is to transfer to a different apartment within the communityEach of the options has their conditions associated with itEach of these options are also agreed upon prior to moving into the apartment during the leasing signing
