On Tuesday, 3.10.20, the maintenance man, ***, knocked on my apt door and said utilities would be shut of for 2 hours. We had no prior notice of this. It is 3.12.20, adn our utilities have not been turned back on. I spoke to *** today, and he said it wouldn't be today, he's not doing it.
