Review: On February fourth I took my dog to the vet. While there my dog had an X-Ray done, had blood work and a biopsy. During my visit the Vet had left the building and when it was time for me to pay I still had questions for him as to how to help my dog, who had a bad limp, get better. I intended to leave with a game-plan as to how to help my dog, but since he left I was not able to discuss this matter. A biopsy was also done on my dog for a large lump he has on him. I was told I would get a call with the results in 5 days. I never received a call. I called the Vet myself several times and kept being told he was busy/not available and I would get a call back. It is now March third and have yet to receive a call back. I am not satisfied with the lack of service. To remedy the situation I am requesting to be refunded the cost of the biopsy, which did no help since I could get no answer as to the results of it.Desired Settlement: To make matters whole, I am requesting a refund of the biopsy, since I paid for a service I never received the results to.
