Customer ordered a beef and broccoli WITHOUT brocoli. I do not know what he is thinking, but just because he ordered a stir-fry (which is mostly vegetables) and take out the main vegetable in that dish, it does not mean that it will be replaced...
with additional meat. Our procedure is to put the same amount of meat regardless what vegetable is taken out of the dish. The dish was made with the normal amount of meat for all orders and the customer DID EAT the meal and then complained that there is not much beef in the dish. It was then explained to the customer that we made the dish following the recipe for the amount of ingredients for the dish less the item requested. The amount of meat we put in the order is the amount we put in all of our dishes.

Once again a sign of horrible customer service the meal was not eaten she thought it was because I had alot of the vegetables on a napkin and not on the plate yet she was still ruse and refused a simple refund because they are just greedy the meal was only 5 dollars but the fact is they were just rude and that is why I want my refund
