I dont agree with the merchant, because they clearly breach the consumer-merchant implied good faith by merchant sending me an email and guaranteed me to offer a refund if bike does not fitThats clearly two conflicts between whats their policy and customers trust I did not crashed the bike at all I bought the bike at allThats a fraud and harassment by accusing me a lie which is not true
this is my middle ground offer to the merchant
I want the merchant to help me find the right size bike for my body geometry and swap the previous bike thats in their possession since june and I didn't get money back since then I want merchant to do measurements and size me the proper way without shortcuts so I can find the right bike size and brand for me .I want to get fitted according to my use after the right bike size is done I don't want to them to charge me 15% restocking fee, or charge me extra fees for all this hassles and time wasted that they caused me , because they didn't do their job the right way in the first place by sizing me the right way, this could have been prevented
