Summit Cabinets

We bought kitchen cabinets from Summit cabinets and it would have been $to install and they came fully assembledWe actually paid to have them assembled The doors were supposed to all be self closing and they are notMost doors are adjusted out as far as they can be and look badOne hinge is brokenWe contacted the company and they were to send Morris out to fix the doors and he never came outWe finally put a review on yelp and got a response from the man in charge , [redacted] HHe says it was our installers fault but we disagreeWe would like our issue resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12188226, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThey also need to fix the hinges that are not self closing as brought to the attention of *** the owner when he came to measure bathrooms

When installing cabinets all Doors and Drawers must be removed from the cabinet that way the face frames are fully exposed to be able to attach them to eachother properlyDuring this process the installers of *** and *** *failed to install the hinges correctly, either not aligning them
correctly around the face frame and/or stripping out the holes on the face frameWhen first delivered to their home all the cabinets were inspected and signed off on by the home owners or the contractor installingThe problem only occurred after the installation was completedIf they bring back there installers to properly attach all the doors to the face frames we will be glad to come out and adjust all the doors with the provide adjustments on the hinges the factory provides.
