Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: the information provided by the owner/manager of the Car-X in Blue Ash, OH was a complete lie I had people with me the day I took my car there who can verify that I was not shown any evidence of the brake pads being worn out My car was already out of the work area and in the parking lot when I returned to pick it up This just gives me an even worse impression of the business, and I will continue to make others aware that they are dishonest and untrustworthy I have now spoken with the corporate Car-X representative and made him aware of my experience Hopefully he will take some sort of action to protect others from being lied to and cheated Sincerely, Terri [redacted]
We understand the reasoning for the rejection of the previous response After speaking with the customer, it is clear there is no practical way of resolving the issue without an inspection of the brakes; however, I was left with the impression that some brake work had been completed by their mechanic During the conversation I made every effort to assure them that we do not conduct business in a way that would breach trust or integrity and allegations of the same are investigated promptly and if required, swift action taken if impropriety is determined Russell "RED" *** District Manager, Michigan/Ohio
I have made multiple attempts to contact this customer with no success In talking with the store manager, they took her to the car and showed her the wear on the brakes Without speaking with them further it is difficult to make any further determinations
