We are out of state and the mobile banking app has been down for 2 days. Meanwhile they have no idea when it will be resolved but charge us overdraft fees and late fees on loans and our businesses account. We are highly dissatisfied to say the least! And have no access to over $2,000 of funds! WOW!!!
I have banked with a few banks over the years. Summit surpasses them all - though what prompted me to write this was the help given to my business by Mr. S at the Middleton Branch of Summit. After I explained all he quickly understood the situation and was able to move fast and efficiently to resolve the issue. Excellent. As are those working behind the counter at that branch.
Strongly recommend Summit generally as it is local & ethical - and does not play your money like other *** banks which caused the 2008 disaster.
