Summit Dentistry Dr. Lopez DDS

Well, another fun filled morning at Summit Dentistry with Dr. [redacted] and his team. Had six fillings done and even with my tiny mouth we managed to get things done. I opted again for conscious oral sedation, this helped me stay relaxed not only during this most recent trip but also a previous visit that required a root canal to be done. Thankfully I can now finally give my opinion on the one thing that keeps most people from seeming the dentist. Dr. [redacted] had to give me a handful of shots in various places on the left side of my mouth and I didn't feel a thing. He's a genius and his team as always were wonderful. Best part of all, besides a sore jaw, no pain beyond that.
I would recommend Dr. [redacted] and his team to anyone, but especially those who have fear or are scared of the dentist. Dr. [redacted] is patient, he takes his time not only in explaining plans of action for your care, but also treats you like a person and not another number. His team is courteous and will have you feeling like one of the family in no time at all.
So, be you a first time patient or if you're in the market for a new dental nirvana, I would highly recommend Summit Dentistry. The office is clean, bright, and super relaxing. You won't be disappointed with your care or your smile.

Review: I called them for the free initial consult for new clients. I wanted to see if my insurance would cover dentures, And they billed me for the visit and x rays. I call specifically on the free consult which can be found on their website (http://www.summitdentistryspokane.com) under the heading our services at the bottom of the page which reads:

This is [redacted]. I looked into [redacted]'s patient information. He is right that the new patient counsult is at no charge for all new patients. With that, we also include 1 periapical xray. We had already waived the consult and 1 xray. However, he agreed to have taken the full mouth (18) series of xrays. No where in my website does it say that full mouth xrays for new patient are at no charge.

There may have been a miscommunication to patient on our part so I will waive all charges remaining on his account having to do with the first initial visit.
