I picked up my auto, after the folks at Rivers Edge Collision had the auto for over weeksThe damage to my auto was repairedHowever, my auto was returned to me without functioning brakesThis is a problem as brakes are required to stop the auto, when driving..not sure if the auto body shop was aware of this...since they gave me the vehicle with non-functioning brakes due to a debilitating amount of rust
After I signed for repairs, the estimator (whom I had no fewer than a dozen conversations during the tenure my vehicle was in shop) followed me outside and informed me that I needed new brakes, brake pads, & rotors on all wheels due to severe "rust" & "pitted"
I immediately objected informing the Estimator, *** ***, that my brakes were in operational order when I brought my car into auto body shop
I then departed Milford Riverside Collision, informing Estimator *** *** that I would be I'm contactI then drove a few miles down the road to a fuel sta
