their own rules about the eye wear they cover.  In this particular case we were bound by insurance issues.  One of our assistants went out of his way to talk to our lab to get a remake on this pair of glasses which would allow the patient to choose a new frame and have it made into her prescription.  They put a time limit on this remake saying that it had to be in their lab before December 2.  The patient was given this option and has chosen to not do that.
