I have mailer that reads you have definitley won of these four prizes it does not say you won one these five prizes

This mailer is correct, everyone does win something with no purchase necessary. The 4th prize is a gift card "UP TO" $500. That is clearly stated on the front of the mailer directly adjacent to the gift card potential prize. I was more than willing to explain it to the customer but she just started...

getting upset at our welcoming staff and stormed out the door. The flyer is clearly written and describes the winnings. I apologize for her misinterpretation. In no way was that our intention to confuse people.

I apologize that my response does not satisfy the complaint, however the flyer clearly states you have won 1 of 4 prizes. One of those prizes was a gift card valued "up to" $500.00. Her winning number qualified her for a $10.00 gift card. That is how the program worked, and of the approximate 6500 flyers that were sent out and the hundreds of customers who claimed their prize, this is the only complaint we have received? I have no further explanation. Thank you for your time and concerns. We operate a ethical business and had many customers benefit from the excellent incentives and sale that we had going on for those 3 particular days in august. I am sorry this customer could not take advantage of the program.
