Again, if the accommodations did not meet the needs and or expectations of [redacted]'s, she should share any concerns with [redacted]. Contrary to [redacted]'s claim, the furniture is not rental furniture. We purchased all items for the suite and maintain them to make sure they are clean and operable at all times.
