The Summit Restaurant is more than happy to refund our customer the %gratuity taxes, but we do not know the amount and if our customer would like us to credit there credit card or if they would like for us to send them a checkIf they like us to put the credit on there Credit Card, we would need there card information , or the transaction number form the Summit Pancake house so we can find the transaction

I still have not received this reimbursement that I was promised.

Review: Stopped in at the Summit Inn for the night went into the office to get a room, the manager would not show us the room until we paid. So after paying cash for the room we proceeded to the to find that the toilet was filled with feces and was unable to flush because it was broken. there were holes in the ceiling with spider webs and spiders, ac was broken no cover wide open filled with spiders bedding was disgusting and filthy, lamp shades had bugs on them, the shower was filled with mold. The room stunk horribly of mold and feces. When we confronted the manager she laughed at us and refused to refund our $65.00. And no where did it say no refund on the premises.Desired Settlement: Place should be condemned. And be refunded my $65.00

Review: I tried to rent a room for the month for $500. Anll took $213 from the $500 claiming I owed her money. She gave me back the rest of the money and refused to let me stay unless I gave her another $280 for a weeks stay.You can reach me by cell # listed aboveDesired Settlement: Return my money that she took
