My agent from 3 years ago retired, and I moved away from beloved Sandpoint due to job situation, I came back and gave these people a call to change states on my insurance. First person they assigned to me made me wait more than a week for my quotes! And the quotes never came! I had to call back and they reassigned me to the next. I should have ran at this point. The second person just gave me the one that she chose and although my current insurance also covers in that state, she did not bother to give it to me. When asked about it, she made me a male and switched my deductibles on the quote and it came up more expensive than the one she chose! Interesting enough she had the right info on the first one.
Run, people, run! The good days and ethical practices are gone from this place with Carol!
