at the time we acquired it by virtue of the loan not being paid off at maturity as required by the Promissory Note (see attached) As such, *** engaged counsel to demand and collect the defaulted note These legal services and the associated fees are the ultimate responsibility of the Borrower and indeed would be required to be paid off Attached is a copy of the Demand Letter sent out by our Attorney which explains the Default.
