I am rejecting this response because: for one your office person was very rude to my wife and second the prices on your wall did not match the bill at all and third I asked for the bussiness owners name and phone number and you would not give me the time of day accept please just call us...when im standing right there in front of you and fourth I have full coverage thanks and fifth you would even pull it out of the yard you pushed in the the middle of the road and I had to push the truck myaelf out of the street it wasnt a freakin honda people. If thats the way professionals work I feel back for anyone having to use your tow service. And no not unanounced we called and got your phone swrvi e and let them know we were coming. If the truck would have sat there over the weekend wjat we get charged for 3 days then????? When the truck was seen and reported we had no phone call from manteca PD to say he we found your truck come get it before it gets towed. The tow company for AAA that towed our truck away from you guys exolianed exactley how your guys would behave and he was right on the money.....CROOKS! I DO NOT APOLOGIZE TO PEOPLE WHO WHEN I LOOK AT THERE PRICES AND WHATS ON PAPER DONT MATCH, AND FOR THE FACT THAT AS A CUSTOMER WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND HIS NAME/NUMBER ARE REQUESTED AND I GET A JUST CALL US ATTITUDE IS COMPLETE BULLCRAP AND AS CROOKED AS YOU CAN GET. without furture dragging this compliant out ill just be notifying others to not use your services and hope there enougj bad rep for you guys thats someone does something about it.

not all tow companies use some sort of answering service to take their calls. unfortunatelycommunication errors are our biggest problem because they typically answer company phones during graveyard hours. But as I looked into your complaint it was found in the middle of the night and you just showed upunannounced and you were only told  it would be $90 to retrieve your vehicle. We charge a hourly fee which isposted in the office and a daily storage rate fee and since it was a weekend a after hours gate fee applies to any& all vehicles that leave this premises. Bottom line you should have been told if you asked what do I owe thebreak down is as follows $200 tow for total of a 1hr charge $90 storage yes 4 hours or 7 hours or 23 hoursis considered 1 day. then finally $90 gate fee because its the weekend and office is not open on the weekendsSo if you add all that up you come up with $430 as the grand total. I genuinely sympathize with you becausenobody wants there vehicle stolen from them and then if you only have liability coverage only that means youhave to pay for all tow fees that in has accrued while its being stored. However this is a business that operatesas such and has overhead and bills to pay just like any other business out there. Again I apologize and we willstrive to communicate better in the future to avoid situations like this. Thank you for your time and understandingand wish you the best.
