I would say this young man is uninformed about the process but that is not accurate; he is actually simply regretful I cannot disclose extensive information but let me assure you there is no basis for a complaint Prior to resolving any case we give the client a detailed breakdown of the settlement offer, identifying all the medical bills that will be paid from the recovery There is a signature line that specifically states the client is responsible for any future or unknown medical bills (people are after all responsible for their medical bills) Mr [redacted] agreed to this settlement amount, accepting his settlement check Now months down the road there is a medical bill that was not identified on the breakdown There was no representation made by this office to satisfy that bill Mr [redacted] 's allegation that we supposed to have paid it is absolutely false As such, his complaint has no basis, only grounded in the regret that he spent the money a portion of which should have gone to this specific bill I believe his request that we give up our attorney free reflects his true motive here If there are questions I may answer please contact me You may reach me direct on my cell phone of [redacted] It is truly unfortunate that we're able to deliver a solid result such as this and are rewarded with this type of response Thank you [redacted] ***

all I can tell you is that we have a signed agreement from this consumer stating we would pay four (4) specific bills from the recovery, that any and all other bills would remain his obligation, and that he would receive X as a net recovery Consumer agreed to the proposal and accepted the money Now he apparently wants the money and for us to remain obligated for any other bills Not the way it works Consumer was aware of the obligation at the time of accepting the proposal yet did not make mentioned of it, did not ask that we satisfy that in addition to the other bills Thus, this complaint is factually incorrect. The point is actually moot as we are going to negotiate and pay on the bill in question, simply to make this matter go away However, this consumer needs to be made aware that his complaint is without basis and for him to make complaint at this time is in direct contradiction to the agreement he entered into The fact that he is requesting a "refund" of attorney's fees is I believe the true reflection of his intention here and is not well received There will be no refund of fees Our resolving this one specific bill is our act of generosity which I'm sure will not be acknowledged

On February 10th there was a collision, the police called for the tow? Customer wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of the tow, however, they had already exhausted all the tow services per their plan? This is why he was denied reimbursement? On March 1st customer called to put
his credit card on file for Automatic Renewals, with this you get an extra tow, this was after the 2/collision and he wanted to get that extra tow prior to March 1st? Customer was refunded the $on March 18th for the renewal membership
