How are you? I appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. The gentleman who expressed concern in this matter referenced is a previous customer. A past representative of our company worked closely on the purchase of their home. We contacted the customer via email and calls regarding reducing their rate which our records indicated was much higher than market conditions opening up a great opportunity for them to save a lot of money monthly. When we made contact via phone call the customer unfortunately did not seem to recognize that we had previously worked on their transaction and hung up. We made a follow up call to make sure the customer realized we were following up on a previous complete application and not calling randomly. Upon the customer’s request at that point to not call further we immediately removed them from further calls or email contact.
