copy of invoice, copy of job description, copy of the check mailed out to [redacted], and the amount of her original deposit ($900, not $925 as she claimed). [redacted] was a tenant when we acquired the property and instead of finding a new tenant to rent out the unit, we allowed her to stay. Contrary to her claims, [redacted] was far from a perfect tenant being late several times with the rent and was rather difficult to deal with when an HOA-mandated repair needed to be done. We also allowed her to move out without a 30-day notice due to her claims of personal issues. Her deposit was mailed out within the allowed 21 days after move out. If she has yet to receive the check, it is most likely lost, and I can stop the payment on the original check and issue another one if that is the case. Additionally, we split up the deposits between her and her roommate although company policy states that we only issue one check per move out and to let tenants split it amongst themselves. Despite all this, she has continued to call and harass our office staff on a daily basis over the past two weeks. All supporting documents are attached.
