I rec'd the package on 11-14-13. Upon unpacking I noticed I did not receive the sunglasses. Tried contacting 3x by phone & 1 email. Paid $325.70Sunglasses were NOT received. I should have been credited $60.00. I have phoned the company 3 times and emailed once since the 14th. Not one response to my request. Their packing slip states that credit requests must be within 48 hours of receipt. I have tried and no one will return my calls. I have begun a dispute with [redacted] Credit Card Services.Desired SettlementI just want the $60.00 that is owed to my company. I have told [redacted] that I only want the $60.00 that is due me for product not received. I am filing this complaint in hopes that someone else won't fall victim to their awful customer service.The company has tried to contact me.
