I've lived in my house for years and dreaded the day when I would have to replace my roof Of course, what scared me was what a new roof would cost me I knew I was looking at spending approximately $10,or more for a new roof for my house and my detached garage The thought of borrowing that amount of money made me sick That would take several years to pay off I also hated the countless times that some roofing companies would ring my doorbell and give me the hard sell With every strong thunderstorm or heavy winds, the shingles on my house and garage were flying off After each storm, my neighbors would dutifully return to me all of my shingles that fell onto their property Embarrassing Everyone told me to call my home owners insurance company to see if they would pay for the repairs, and better yet, maybe the insurance company would pay for a new roof I can be a stubborn guy and I didn't believe that my home owner's insurance company would pay to replace a year old roof A few weeks passed and I began noticing a company called Summit Roofing was replacing roofs of several houses in my town I stopped at a house that Summit was working on and spoke to the onsite supervisor He gave me his business card and I called them a few days later I spoke with Scott Hopman, the owner Scott's advice to me was to contact my insurance company and coordinate a time where the insurance adjuster and Scott can arrive together to assess the damage to my roof With Scott's help, the insurance adjuster told me they would pay for a tear off What a relief Of course, I gave the job to Summit When Summit Roofing does a tear off, they have a crew of between and guys attack it Scott told me they would start at 8:30am and would finish by 3:30pm Finally, the day arrived when Summit Roofing would replace the roofs on my house and my garage They arrived promptly at 8:30am and first surrounded my house with tarps to protect our plants and shrubs They worked hard until they finished right around 3:as Scott told me When the crew left, the onsite supervisor stayed and meticulously picked up every scrap on my property and my neighbors property's no matter how small Summit did a beautiful job I couldn't be happier with the work they did and how beautiful my new roof looks My neighbors actually called me to tell me how nice it looks I highly recommend Summit Roofing Their business is booming in my town With each house they do, they get more and more business from passersby They're trustworthy and they have integrity No hard sell, no pressure Highly recommended

I've lived in my house for 22 years and dreaded the day when I would have to replace my roof. Of course, what scared me was what a new roof would cost me. I knew I was looking at spending approximately $10,000 or more for a new roof for my house and my detached garage. The thought of borrowing that amount of money made me sick. That would take several years to pay off. I also hated the countless times that some roofing companies would ring my doorbell and give me the hard sell.

With every strong thunderstorm or heavy winds, the shingles on my house and garage were flying off. After each storm, my neighbors would dutifully return to me all of my shingles that fell onto their property. Embarrassing.

Everyone told me to call my home owners insurance company to see if they would pay for the repairs, and better yet, maybe the insurance company would pay for a new roof. I can be a stubborn guy and I didn't believe that my home owner's insurance company would pay to replace a 22 year old roof.

A few weeks passed and I began noticing a company called Summit Roofing was replacing roofs of several houses in my town. I stopped at a house that Summit was working on and spoke to the onsite supervisor. He gave me his business card and I called them a few days later. I spoke with Scott Hopman, the owner. Scott's advice to me was to contact my insurance company and coordinate a time where the insurance adjuster and Scott can arrive together to assess the damage to my roof. With Scott's help, the insurance adjuster told me they would pay for a tear off. What a relief. Of course, I gave the job to Summit.

When Summit Roofing does a tear off, they have a crew of between 10 and 20 guys attack it.
Scott told me they would start at 8:30am and would finish by 3:30pm.

Finally, the day arrived when Summit Roofing would replace the roofs on my house and my garage. They arrived promptly at 8:30am and first surrounded my house with tarps to protect our plants and shrubs. They worked hard until they finished right around 3:30 as Scott told me. When the crew left, the onsite supervisor stayed and meticulously picked up every scrap on my property and my neighbors property's no matter how small.

Summit did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and how beautiful my new roof looks. My neighbors actually called me to tell me how nice it looks.

I highly recommend Summit Roofing. Their business is booming in my town. With each house they do, they get more and more business from passersby. They're trustworthy and they have integrity. No hard sell, no pressure. Highly recommended.
