Review: We contracted with [redacted] at Summit Services to do a landscape design. He demanded a full payment upfront and said it will take 2 weeks. After a month and a half of not doing anything we asked for a refund. He refused. Sent us a simple drawing. It had absolutely nothing that we asked him to do. He refuses to refund our money.
