Dear Reader,This letter is to respond to MsTina L [redacted] Here is the proof that the time MsL [redacted] gave of when I gave her my written day notice is falseThis paper given by my current manager MrShawn Murphy should prove that I gave my written day notice in Augustand moved September 3rd, 2013, this should also prove that if MsTina L [redacted] can't tell the truth of when I gave her my written day notice that her claims that my apartment was "left very bad" is also untrueMy former aide said she'd be my witness that before I moved her and I worked very hard to clean my apartment together and when my former aide and I walked around the apartment together with the maintenence man when I turned in my keys the maintenence man said that my apartment looked fine and when the of us went to Tina L [redacted] 's office the maintenence man told Tina L [redacted] that the apartment was fine.I tried to fill out apartment applications in London, Ohio and because of this stuff being on my record I was unable to get approved so there for instead of me paying the last months rent which I'm not disputing because of the problems MsTina L [redacted] is causing me I feel the last months rent should come out of Tina L [redacted] 's pay check and I feel I should be compesated nicelyI feel like Tina L [redacted] is commiting fraud, extorsion, and defemation of character.Thank you [redacted]

This paper given by my current manager Mr. Shawn Murphy should prove that I gave my written 30 day notice in August. 2013 and moved September 3rd, 2013, this should also prove that if Ms. Tina L[redacted] can't tell the truth of when I gave her my written 30 day notice that her claims that my apartment was "left very bad" is also untrue. This letter is in response to the complaint by Mr. [redacted].  The charges that Mr. [redacted] incurred were accurate and caused by his lack of responsibility to the lease that he signed on 9/28/2012.  Summit Station, Ltd. has followed long industry standards that were put into place by...

Colonial American Development Corp.  Mr. [redacted] gave his notice on Sept. 24, 2013 but did not pay his last months rent which was half of the charges that he incurred.  We had even talked about it when he gave his written notice to me.  He assured me that he would pay it before he moved out and that the apartment would be cleaned.  He left it very bad. He was charged according to the charges on the “Schedule of Charges” that he received and signed at his move in.  The same with the paint charges.  All of the move out criteria is gone over at move in and when notice is given to move.  He was instructed that if he didn‘t pay his last months rent that he then would be breaking his lease which would cause him to forfeit his security deposit.  Summit Station does not have anything to do with his utility  charges. Dear Reader,Like it says in the letter 1 line says my apartment was left a mess and another line says it was not that bad.That maintenance man knows that he told my aide and I that my apartment was fine and then when the 3 of us went to the office he told the manager my apartment was fine and my now former aide said she would be my witness.Another thing she will be my witness for is how harsh Tina Leisure's words were. She wants to tell everything harmful against me wether a lie or the truth but she won't mention anything harmful against her. I'm sure my former aide can remember the cruel and harsh things Miss [redacted] said but I do remember one thing. Miss Tina [redacted] told me that "if I don't pay the last months rent that I will be at Hattie Jackson for the rest of my life" which is a low income subsidized apartment complex.This apartment complex making you sign yourname to agree to pay for work this mainteence man has to do anyways to get these apartments ready for the next person(s) is rediculous. They should be forced to stop making people sign this paper.I don't understand why September 5th, 2013 is even being mentioned. I moved here September 3rd, 2013 and I sent you the proof. See how screwed up these people gets?In my opinion in the winter Randy the maintenence man should salt people's walkways. At Summit Station you are responsible for buying your own salt and salting your walkways. I would think the high amount a renter pays that salt on people's walkways in the winter would be included.I was just wondering if you'll look back at past complaints against this manager. In the 3 plus years I've known this manager and the 2 plus years I've been gone from Summit Station I know of a slew of people that has moved because of her. Maybe you could look back at them too. This lady is clearly trouble. I will admit that you might not have had complaints about this maintenence man but with the lies he has also said he is clearly trouble also.Thank you.
