Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Even though I signed the Authorization papers from Summit Technology as shown by the documents they sent to the Revdex.com, they have refused to repair my computer and or do any other services provided since I signed the authrorization and contract forms with them one year ago I signed the contract with them for a year service agreement and they have refused to fix my computer since that time and provide antivirus software protection to me for the next four years and stipulated in the deal I had made with them Even though I tried to get a refund through my credit card company because I was not happy with their service, the documents that they sent to you do not state that they have a right to terminate service for that reason nor provide service in the future I insist that they have to either honor their contract or give me full refund of the $dollars that I paid to them In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

 Even though I signed the Authorization papers from Summit Technology as shown by the documents they sent to the Revdex.com, they have refused to repair my computer and or do any other services provided since I signed the authrorization and contract forms with them one year ago.  I signed the contract with them for a 5 year service agreement and they have refused to fix my computer since that time and provide antivirus software protection to me for the next four years and stipulated in the deal I had made with them.  Even though I tried to get a refund through my credit card company because I was not happy with their service, the documents that they sent to you do not state that they have a right to terminate service for that reason nor provide service in the future.  I insist that they have to either honor their contract or give me full refund of the $350 dollars that I paid to them.

Hi. Customer [redacted] took services form us on  Aug**,2016, We had install paid security tools, fixed his printer and charged $200 with respect his information. He was agree and was satisfied with the service also he signed service agreement. After some time he applied...

for the chargeback from his card company which got defended by us. As we won the chargeback so he did not get his money on that time. According to the company policy his services was terminated. Now he came back and asking for money which got cancelled by company concern department.
