This guest booked one of our properties through *** and agreed to our terms and conditions The credit card transaction was processed through *** and not through Summit Vacations Immediately upon hearing the guests concerns, we dispatch a guest service representative to the unit
The guest had already left We verified one minor guest issue and it was rectified immediately The terms and conditions of our rental agreement ***ly request that guest allow us to address problems before renumeration The guest afforded us no opportunity to address his concerns and or move him to another location This guest was also extremely rude.This is the first complaint filed against Summit Vacations in close to years We pride ourselves on addressing legitimate guest complaint This guest was extremely rude and did not afford us the opportunity to address his concerns This guest also filed a complaint with *** *** denied their complaint as well Jeff Z***, CEO of Summit Vacations

I am rejecting this response because: Summit misrepresented the condition of the condo in its advertising and management refused to take any action to make us whole. Not even an apology. If we were rude, it was as a result of Summit managements's refusal to accept any responsibility, take any corrective action, or even offer any apology for ruining our short vacation. The condition of the condo was deplorable, and could not be rectified by a re-cleaning by the same cleaning crew that left the condo in filthy and uninhabitable condition in the first place.
