Summit Virtual Promotions

Review: For the past year we have tried to cancel our advertising subscription with Submit Virtual Promotions. Every time we cancel they say there is just 1 more final bill and then we will be on their "do not call list" - only to have them in a couple months submit yet another bill stating they had a call from one of our employees reinstating our advertising with them. I am the only employee with authorization to do this and I have not. They have also somehow obtained my home phone number and has begun harassing me in the early morning - like 6am and the evenings. I have 3 children under the age of 6 and do not appreciate this. When I tell them they have my home number they promptly hang up only to call again in another couple days from a blocked number. Anytime we are tried to contact them we get an answering system and no response. We are ready to get our lawyers involved by want to bypass paying a legal fee for something that shouldn't even be an issue. If someone does not want to advertise through their company then they should stop billing them!Desired Settlement: We want to honestly be on their "do not call list" and never want to do business with them again in the future - also we are under no circumstances paying them anything more as we have tried to cancel our advertisement with them since last year.
