I moved in to Summit Vista Apartments on 6/30/18, and have had many issues sinceI've dealt with things breaking down and listening to maintenance curse while they do the repairsI was having water pressure issues, and was told to let the water runThat's how that was resolved on their endWe pay $896/month (never late) just to have our parking space takenWhen I called management,I was told they have hours to move and nothing could be doneMost recently, I called the emergency line at the end of September because there was a leak in my ceiling from the rainI never received a call back, so I had to follow up the next day in which I was told to use bowls to catch the waterLong story short, repairs were finally STARTED on 10/22/I asked that a mold test be performed as it doesn't take long for mold to start growingThey opted not to do the test and simply told me there was no evidence of moldThe security gates break often and aren't repaired the same dayMost recently
