I am rejecting this response because: False and misleading information is included in the business response concerning refund policy. False and misleading information was given to me during the sales process. False and misleading information about my experience with the product which is nothing as described. I deny all the false statements presented by the business and demand a full refund.

Hello. [redacted] originally contacted us on February 2nd, 2018 by signing up to be a wholesale supplier on our site, [redacted] We responded to his request for information and on February 5th, he decided to join our site. He was presented with all the information up front, as he was...

the one who signed up. Our Terms are linked and must be read and agreed to before a customer's credit card can be charged. Wholesale Central is a directory site. Buyers of wholesale merchandise use it to find wholesale suppliers. We do not guarantee sales. We are simply in the business of bringing buyers and sellers of wholesale merchandise together. We spoke again to [redacted] on February 21st when he was unhappy with initial response on site, after having only been there a couple of weeks. He wanted to be sure that he was doing all possible to maximize his membership. He spoke to our customer support team, who reviewed his listing with him, and then to his sales representative, Brian T[redacted] Brian also made some suggestions which [redacted]aid he would implement. Brian also offered additional exposure with a free placement in our monthly newsletter to wholesale buyers, which [redacted] thanked him for. Then he turned around and made a complaint with the Revdex.com. We have an excellent history with the Revdex.com and strive to answer any complaint. However, [redacted] is saying one thing and then doing another. Our Terms explicitly state that there are no refunds. He received multiple communications with this verbiage on them as well, which I will include here. He agreed to the Terms of the site when he joined, which are also available for viewing at any time at https://wholesalecentral.com/seller_tos.htm  We do not offer refunds but he is prepaid until February 6, 2019. The offer to include him for free in our newsletter still stand. He chose to join for a year to save $200 with the New Member special. [redacted] has yet to provide ANY supporting documentation to his claims, which is both concerning and unfair. We have provided publicly accessible documents including the Terms of Service which are viewable at any time online, along with the documents that were tailored and sent specifically to [redacted] The Revdex.com really needs to require proof to even bring these complaints forward. This complaint was presented without even the slightest bit of vetting. Please refer to all previously submitted documentation which explains what [redacted] is and what the Terms of Service are, including the no refund policy. [redacted] is a directory of wholesalers, much like the Yellow Pages, and it is stated clearly on every single page of our site (see documentation). [redacted] approached us. It is not our fault if he chose not to read any of the provided documentation or the Terms that he explicitly agreed to before he was able to join. We will still honor his prepaid listing on our site until its renewal date. He is welcome to utilize the advice and services of our staff and all tools included on the site. Mr. T[redacted]s offer of additional free coverage in the newsletter still stands. We want our customers to succeed. We have over 1000 active customers on the site, the majority (over 80%) of which have been with us for years. We don't succeed unless our customers succeed.
