Per your request, see the attached response to the complaint The insured purchased a Non-owners liability only policy Non-owners policies do not cover a specific vehicle as the coverage only insures the driver license in any vehicle for liability as he does not own a vehicle Therefore Rental Car Coverage is not even an option The insured canceled the policy and a pro-rata refund will be sent to the insured from the insurance company directly See the attached electronically signed application

Therefore Rental Car Coverage is not even an option.   The insured canceled the policy and a pro-rata refund will be sent to the insured from the insurance company directly.   See the attached electronically signed application.
