I requested a quote for storm windows and did not hear back from this company for two weeks I sent a second email and a week later still had no quote Three weeks later I call the company and got the answering machine twice Call the following day and the person who finally answered was rude and immediately cut me off saying they had a minimum order of five windows and then hung up when I said I wanted two windows to begin with That's what I do, I try and then I trust...especially for these type of companies that apparently have no concept of customer service After the initial purchase of two storm windows I was going to replace all my windows if everything went well
