I leased a Chevy *** in August from Pohanka ChevyThe car was due for return on August 15, I returned the car on May 29, in response to a marketing campaign from Pohanka Chevy (they were offering great incentives if you return the car early and buy a new car)They were offering to pay up to remaining payments on the leased car + additional incentives on the new car I thought this was a good deal since the incentives on the new car would offset the cost of any damage or excess mileage
When I went to the store, I requested a price for buying the leased car, and prices to buy, or lease, a new car When the offers were made, it made an economic sense to buy the new carI did buy the new car and left the storeThe salesman repeatedly mentioned that they were talking care of the balance on the leased car (do not worry about the leased car; we take care of it)?
months later, I get a letter from *** (financing) demanding about $3,for damage and excess

I was in the market for a Chevrolet SilveradoI spoke with a sales person on the phone and he told me the best price he could give menovwr the phoneI drove hours to meet him and gave him my Jeep keys to get it appraisedMy vehicle is a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with low mileageThey completely low balled me under KBB valueAfter review of the KBB that they ran, I noticed that the guy did not check all of the options that I had in my vehicleI told him there was several other options that he didn’t check and he went back and did the KBB with the added option and it showed that the price that I was asking for on the trade inThe manager came out and spoke with me to try and convince me to sell my car for grand under recommended price on KBB I believe this dealership will scam you and not add your options into the KBB value and use that against you to devalue your vehicleThe salesperson also began to speak loudly at me after I told them I would not accept the dealIt was as if he was appalled I turned down the transactionI had to tel him to relax and there is no harm no fowl Be very careful when dealing with this dealership

After roughly years of buying many vehicles from both individuals, dealerships, even over the phone from other states, I have officially had the absolute worst car buying process of my lifeI have been lied to, ignored, blown off, and treated like I have never been treated as a paying customer beforeI purchased my a used commuter car from this dealership January 11thPaid in full, in cash, immediatelyI picked up the car the next day after waiting more than half the day for them to get it through detailIt seemed after they had my money it got forgotten aboutNo big deal, it happensWhen I was in the process of buying, I was told the title was locked up in the back, and it would take roughly 5-business days for me to receive it in my nameI wait roughly weeks before contacting my salesman Anug inquiring about itHe acted shocked that I had not gotten it and promised to get back to meDays go by, I contact againNo replyI finally find him face to face in my place of business to be told he has no answerIt is now over two months of still not receiving my title for the vehicleI’ve heard stories from them that they never had a title, stories of two titles from different states, stories of liens on both titlesAt one point after going around to different managers the General store manager finally contacted me and still had no answersI cannot urge anyone enough to steer clear of this dealershipThey have gone through at least general managers in a very short time, all sales staff has been rotated throughThere is nobody there that will give you a solid answer or tell you the truthI have started the process of going through the DMV legal services to take action in getting this resolvedYou’ve been warned, buy at your own risk from this very shady underhanded dealership

I came to Pohanka serviceon 08/18/ because experienced vibration at V.45m/h and up to 60m/hAnd when brake was some noise and vibrationBefore I was at Pohanka on 08/11/and was told I need front brakes soon and some cosmetic parts has been orderedWork was estimated at ~$and I agreed to bring my car for that service in a weekUnfortunately I have blown tire between and visit a dealership - *** *** *** of Bel Ari, MD to replace tire and to check the carAt Bob Bell they told me that I need front brakes-pads replacement: they noticed vibration and noise when brakeSo, when I came to Pohanka I asked not only to replace front brake pads, but to check for the vibrationThen I was called to service area and young technician told me I need all four tires replacement, rare brakes -drums replacement, some arms (?) replacement and many other thingsRemember, I already had brand new *** tire - it came to since three months before I bot a package for all four ***

On March I've noticed a sign "engine failure" I drove immediately to Pohanka GM dealership and was told that induction coils should be replaced - I've paid $On March 24, the same sign "engine failure" - Pohanka told me it my battery failed and I need to replace those: I've paid another $plus to when then Pohanka has changed batteries electric system of the car started fo failOn April 6, the sign "engine failure appaered againThat time Pohanka told me that it is fuel sensor problem - they charged me $for re-programming the sensorIn miles from dealership the same sign appeared againI've returned, spend another hoursWhen drove on the Freeway back home - about miles from Pohanka - sign "engine Failure aggered againI called - they saying they work until 11pm, but they drop the phoneMy general impression is that people do not have professional technicians or just made something to the car in order it to fail one after another and for the
