After roughly years of buying many vehicles from both individuals, dealerships, even over the phone from other states, I have officially had the absolute worst car buying process of my lifeI have been lied to, ignored, blown off, and treated like I have never been treated as a paying customer beforeI purchased my a used commuter car from this dealership January 11thPaid in full, in cash, immediatelyI picked up the car the next day after waiting more than half the day for them to get it through detailIt seemed after they had my money it got forgotten aboutNo big deal, it happensWhen I was in the process of buying, I was told the title was locked up in the back, and it would take roughly 5-business days for me to receive it in my nameI wait roughly weeks before contacting my salesman Anug inquiring about itHe acted shocked that I had not gotten it and promised to get back to meDays go by, I contact againNo replyI finally find him face to face in my place of business to be told he has no answerIt is now over two months of still not receiving my title for the vehicleI’ve heard stories from them that they never had a title, stories of two titles from different states, stories of liens on both titlesAt one point after going around to different managers the General store manager finally contacted me and still had no answersI cannot urge anyone enough to steer clear of this dealershipThey have gone through at least general managers in a very short time, all sales staff has been rotated throughThere is nobody there that will give you a solid answer or tell you the truthI have started the process of going through the DMV legal services to take action in getting this resolvedYou’ve been warned, buy at your own risk from this very shady underhanded dealership

I leased a Chevy [redacted] in August from Pohanka ChevyThe car was due for return on August 15, I returned the car on May 29, in response to a marketing campaign from Pohanka Chevy (they were offering great incentives if you return the car early and buy a new car)They were offering to pay up to remaining payments on the leased car + additional incentives on the new car I thought this was a good deal since the incentives on the new car would offset the cost of any damage or excess mileage When I went to the store, I requested a price for buying the leased car, and prices to buy, or lease, a new car When the offers were made, it made an economic sense to buy the new carI did buy the new car and left the storeThe salesman repeatedly mentioned that they were talking care of the balance on the leased car (do not worry about the leased car; we take care of it)? months later, I get a letter from [redacted] (financing) demanding about $3,for damage and excess
