I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
 Spoke to Vista on May 22, they would not provide a credit and the new rate comes with a $1 a day fee.  They advise that there could have been a number of reasons why my original request to change to Vista was not processed.  I further told them the actual original request date was 4/4 and that I had secured my telephone log from my phone carrier reflecting a 13 + minute call to Vista.  I will not deal with this company.  At this point I would suggest my complaint against Vista be noted.  Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.The actions of Vista Energy are directly opposite of the promises contracturaly made both prior and during the agreement to sign up for this Gas Utility Service. Regarding these blatant falsehoods as an "inconvenience" dismisses the fact that I was directly lied to by Vista energy. Vista's "Welcome"  letter regrading membership that was sent to me after I signed up for the service did not contain information or disclaimers mentioning that gas rates may not be lower than my current supplier, but once again mentioned that they would seek "the lowest rates avalible". This agreement directly opposes the service I have received, as my default charge of $0.45 per therm was less than half of the $0.96 a therm I was charged by Vista. i would like to be reimbursed for the last three months I was charged above Vistas promised "lowest rate avalible."

they still are not giving me back the $25.22 that I had to pay to [redacted] to keep my bill in good standing.  they cannot take a supposive 3 year approval (which I still do not remember and doesn't match my phone #)  and all of a sudden decide to charge me THREE YEARS LATER.  I am a disabled person on a very limited budget, $25.22 may not seem like a lot but it is my gas money so I can go to my physical therapy treatments.  this is a corporation that obviously thinks they can do what they want to anybody.  if they give me a credit on my [redacted] bill for $25.22 I will be satisfied.    Regards

I was sold a service under false pretenses that were unclea to how your service may significant increase my current bill, thus, Vista has broken their contractural obligations. Is there any notation on my account of some relative form of action so that I don't waste my time by calling Vista. If so, do those actions involve the credit of the overpayment made to Vista energy on the basis of being  grossly overcharged for Gas services. Please advise as I want to make sure these issues are noted when I call and a resolution is in place.

The promise not to initiate any FURTHER contacts does not UNDO the potential harm IF the contact ALREADY made results in VISTA ENERGY assuming our Natural Gas account from [redacted] AGAINST OUR WISHES.  What I asked in my complaint was NOT that Vista avoid NEW solicitations but that it GUARANTEE IN WRITING that the solicitation we already had would not result in a conversion of our account with [redacted] to a Vista Energy Account by taking whatever means necessary internally to block any  such conversion.  This reply STILL fails to address that issue and ONLY that promise from VISTA will resolve this complaint.
