Not sure why the customer has gone this route but ....Part are ready to be shipped These are custom parts that were built to order and powder coated in the customers requested color as was a second clear coat Parts turned out great but required additional time Customer scheduled
the installation of this "kit" before ever receiving the kit Customer wants me to NDA the kit at my expense Customer has cancelled the order, then changed his mind, then wants to cancel it, then wants it shipped NDA These parts are custom built and have a varying wait time due to the manufacturing process and dealing with outside vendors I'd be happy to ship the kit as purchased and be done or refund the customer and move on I have a waiting list for this item and do not see the need to force this sale or loose money on the NDA.As for not being able to reach me, I have been dealing with some unexpected family health issues (wife was diagnosed with cancer) and have been on vacation However: that in no way calls for you to be beligerent to my employee, he was attempting to help you Ususally thats enough to have your order cancelled on our end This is a business transaction on a custom product This is not life and death How would you like to proceed?

To be very clear, I have not been “belligerent” to anybody in this situationI have only expressed and communicated my concerns to your employeeI have had to do this several times because throughout this entire process, very little effort has been made on your company’s part to communicate important information to me, and only when I have inquiredIn no way am I the bad guy in this situation.You and your company quite obviously have little to no regard for customer service, seeing that you and your employee’s attitude throughout all of this has been, “we can’t be bothered”If anything, I have been a very fair customer amid your inability to provide basic services which any decent and reputable business wouldI suppose that is testament to your D+ score with the Revdex.com. I was going to see this purchase through, but after your belittling and unprofessional response to my Revdex.com report, I have decided that I will not be going through with this transactionIt needs to be noted that this will be my second time requesting a refund, the first time being by your employee’s suggestion to meIn your response to my report, you stated that I requested cancellation multiple times before this, which is a complete lieAll in all, it is actually for the better this way, because I will simply take my business to a much more respectable and competent company.With this being said, you will refund my order (***) of $immediately.I will do my best to relay my experience with your company to the rest of the *** community so that they hopefully do not make the same mistake that I did in doing business with SUMO PartsYou have wasted two complete months of my time, but as I stated before, it is actually for the better this way
