In September, 2018, my wife went from a healthy year old woman to a quadriplegicShe will be in a wheel chair for the rest of her lifeAt the time, she was a patient at ** *** *** in Madison, WIA vender/ sales person from National Seating & Mobility measured up the patient and ordered her a wheel chairWe were told the delivery would be 5-weeksThis was on 9/27/It has been weeks1/14/Now we are told the chair is in their warehouse but has to be put togetherI am told it can be delivered on 1/23/There has been several issues with poor paper work from National SeatingMedicare has denied the claim twiceweeks is not acceptable for a 5-week deliveryI will NEVER do business with this company again!
They sold me a wheelchair that clearly dosent fit right I have tried working with them but the measurements are to far off in a way where part of it is maxed one way the other the opposite way and it cant be made to fit me , I cant sit in it for more than hours max because it increases my pain level to high so its about hours on then hours of to get back to daily painI was going to drop it and just buy a new one out of pocket but then sent me another bill and that typed the scale for me I agreed I will pay when the plus $ when they either fix this chair to fit better or give me a chair I can fit in , but know that they have been jerks about it I must follow through so handicapped and elderly ( which will all will become one day ) people can stop being taken advantage of
