Review: I had this company install new hardscaping and landscaping at my address listed as part of this complaint. The work was done in the fall of 2012 (September).First, they installed a brick walkway and steps that lead from my driveway to my front porch steps. After 1 year, pretty much every brick they laid has had to be re-glued. I understand I might have to fix a brick or two here and there but they are all pretty much falling apart. The walkway itself has completely settled and is now totally uneven and in my opinion, unsafe to walk on, especially for my young children. Secondly, I was charged $10,680 for the hardscaping a few bushes and small trees. I have since learned that this is WAY TO MUCH for the work they did. Even if the work was done right, which it wasn't, it wasn't worth that much.Thirdly, I paid another $3600 to have my yard rehabilitated with topsoil, grass seed, and straw. I have also learned recently that there was never any topsoil put down. They spread some seed and covered it with straw. I suspected this was the case the day after they left but I, not knowing anything, trusted they did the job as agreed. They did not and there is evidence to prove it.Desired Settlement: I either want refunded for the work or I want the work done over again to the higher level of quality the premium price I paid demands. I feel like I was sold something and didn't receive the quality of product I was sold. The issue with the lawn was completely fraudulent and litigation is warranted if that issue is not resolved.
